  1. Location Information (Location Data), for App functionality, Fraud prevention, security and compliance. 
This data collection is carried out to provide security services to users to detect approximate and accurate locations when transactions are carried out by users. The application asks the user for permission regarding this data collection activity. Below is the Location Information we collected from you :
    • Estimated Location, namely the Application collects data on the location of users or physical devices in an area of 3 square kilometers or more
    • Accurate Location, namely the Application collects data on the location of users or physical devices within an area of less than 3 square kilometers

We may collect user images for the purpose of facilitating transactions using QR codes. Specifically, we utilize the scanned QR codes from selected user images to process payments with approved merchants. It is important to note that the selected images will not be transferred or shared with any third-party services. Additionally, these images will not be stored within our systems.

Data Collection : We collect user images solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes to complete transactions. No other personal information or data is associated with these images.

Data Usage : The user images are used exclusively for QR code scanning during payment transactions. They are not used for any other purpose, including identification or profiling.

Data Sharing: The user images are not shared with any third-party services, organizations, or individuals. They remain strictly within the confines of the user's device and our app.

Data Retention: Once the QR code scanning process is completed and the transaction is finalized, the user images are immediately discarded. We do not retain or store any copies of the scanned images.

User Contact Data (Users Contact), this data collection is carried out as part of the features or functions of the application. The application asks the user for permission regarding this data collection activity. Below is the Users Contact Information we collected from you :
  • Contact List
Our app requests access to your device's contact list solely for the purpose of autofilling the 'Masukan Nomor Handphone' column Pembayaran dan Pembelian feature. This feature allows you to conveniently select contacts from your contact list when filling in 
the 'Masukan Nomor Handphone' field for transactions.

Data Usage: The contact list data is used exclusively for autofilling the 'Masukan Nomor Handphone' column within Pulsa and Paket Data feature. It is not used for any other purposes, such as marketing, profiling, or sharing with third parties. We do not transfer or sync your contact list data to any external servers or systems.

Data Security: We treat your contact list data with the utmost care and prioritize its security. The data remains stored locally on your device and is not accessible or visible to our app's developers or any third parties.

Data Retention: We do not retain or store a copy of your contact list data beyond the scope of the autofilling process. Once the 'masukan nomor Handpone' field has been populated, the contact list data is not stored or used further.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the secure handling of your data. By granting permission to access your contact list, you enable the convenient autofill functionality within our app. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the usage of your contact list data, please feel free to contact us for further clarification.
 
  1. Device ID, For App functionality, Fraud prevention, security and compliance. 
Device ID data or other (ID Devices), this data collection is carried out to provide security services to the user to detect an estimate and accurate location when a transaction is made by the user. The application does not ask permission from the user regarding this data collection activity. Below is the Device ID Information we collected from you :
  • Device IMEI Number
  1. Technical Data, For App functionality, Fraud Prevention, Security and compliance.
Including details about your use of our Application such as in application messages, in application search history, internet protocol (IP) addresses, information when the previous or next web page was viewed, duration of each visit/session, internet device identity (ID) ) or media access control address, mobile advertising ID and other device information including information regarding the manufacturer, model and operating system of the device you are using to access the Application and crash logs.

Not in scope for our data collection
  • On-device access/processing: User data accessed by Mbanking Bank NTB Syariah app that is only processed locally on the user’s device and not sent off device.
  • End-to-end encryption: User data that is sent off device, but that is unreadable by you or anyone other than the sender and recipient as a result of end-to-end encryption does not need to be disclosed. 
 

Use of Your Personal Data

We use the information we collect and share from our services to provide, maintain, and improve Our App Functionality and give you more Users Experience whenever using our Mbanking Bank NTB Syariah, to develop new ones, and to protect from Fraudelance Attempt to your Account. All the information We Collect from you will be stored in our Server and processed futher for future use. We are committed to always trying to provide security for the information we collect and share from you. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our servers for future use. By submitting an image to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image.
